ESP provides mechanical, electrical, public health and sustainabile design solutions.  We don't just consider building services in isolation, we examine the impact on the building as well. We work closely with all the members of the design team so that our solutions meet technical engineering compliance requirements, and are also sympathetic to architectural and structural issues. Moreover we have acute commercial awareness, so our clients achieve compliance at the right price.

We also deliver a more carefully co-ordinated engineering solution which means fewer issues during construction, during the commissioning phase and at handover. We give our clients early financial certainty by closing out the design risks and financial aspects of a project very quickly.

In addition our senior management are directly involved in all projects, so clients receive advice from an individual who is highly qualified in the decision making process.
